 Jackson Farms HOA is proud to be a part of the growing community of Centennial, CO.  We encompass 173 homes along the Smoky Hill corridor neatly tucked away behind the Smoky Hill Public Library.  We are serviced by Cherry Creek Public Schools: Peakview Elementary, Thunder Ridge Middle School and Eaglecrest High School.  Close to many amenities such as grocery stores, the Trails Recreational Center, and the new Southlands Mall off of E-470.

We have the best of both worlds, being just 30 minutes from the downtown Denver and 40 minutes from the mountains!

As of January 1, 2024, HOA Annual Dues are $625 per home.
